On the log-in page, choose Forgot password? and enter your email. We’ll send a link that works for one hour. Choose a new password and you’re back in. For your security, you’ll be logged out on your other devices.

Go to Profile to update your name and mobile, and Security to change your email or password. A new email needs confirming before it’s used.

Choose what we tell you about, and how, in Profile → Notifications. Some messages, like receipts and security alerts, always come through.
